By accessing Lensmora, creating an account, uploading media, opening a guest gallery, or using any Lensmora service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you use Lensmora for a studio, company, or event team, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.
What Lensmora provides
Lensmora provides digital tools for AI event galleries, face search, photo and video discovery, guest uploads, AI sorting, AI edits, likes, downloads, QR sharing, and studio delivery workflows. Features may vary by plan, event settings, geography, storage limits, and product availability.
Customer responsibilities
- You are responsible for the media you upload, the event settings you choose, and the guests or collaborators you invite.
- You must have the rights, permissions, and consents required to upload event media and use face-search or guest-upload features.
- You must not upload illegal, harmful, infringing, abusive, misleading, or non-consensual content.
- You must keep account credentials secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
AI features and search results
Lensmora's AI features help organize, match, edit, and deliver media, but they may not be perfect. Face search can be affected by lighting, angles, motion blur, image quality, lookalikes, occlusion, and event conditions. Customers should review important outputs before relying on them for final delivery or business decisions.
Payments, plans, and usage limits
Paid plans, storage limits, processing limits, event expiry windows, and included features are shown on the pricing or checkout pages. Taxes, payment gateway charges, currency conversion, and bank fees may apply. We may suspend or limit service where invoices are unpaid, usage exceeds plan limits, or activity creates security or operational risk.
Intellectual property
You keep ownership of your event media and customer content. You grant Lensmora the limited permission needed to host, process, index, display, secure, transmit, and support that content as part of the service. Lensmora owns its software, design, brand, documentation, workflows, and platform technology.
Availability, termination, and liability
We work to keep Lensmora reliable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, infrastructure issues, third-party outages, or events outside our control. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, legal risk, unpaid amounts, or breach of these terms.
To the extent permitted by law, Lensmora is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, and our liability is limited to the amounts paid for the affected service period.
