Information we collect
- Account information such as name, email, phone number, studio details, login activity, and plan details.
- Event information such as event name, date, venue, slug, gallery settings, QR links, branding, albums, and permissions.
- Media information such as uploaded photos, videos, thumbnails, filenames, guest uploads, download activity, liked selections, and comments.
- Face-search information such as guest selfies, detected faces, embeddings, match results, and related metadata needed to surface a person's photos or videos.
- Payment and transaction metadata handled through payment partners. We do not intentionally store full card numbers.
- Technical information such as device type, browser, IP address, logs, cookies, page interactions, and security events.
How we use information
- To create and operate private event galleries, QR links, guest access, media uploads, downloads, and AI search.
- To detect faces in photos and videos so guests can find matching media using one private selfie.
- To help studios manage albums, selections, guest uploads, AI sorting, AI edits, and client handoff workflows.
- To provide support, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, secure the platform, process payments, and improve Lensmora.
- To send service notices, important account messages, product updates, and legally required communications.
How information is shared
Event media and guest activity may be visible to the studio, photographer, event organizer, collaborators, or guests depending on the gallery settings. Lensmora does not sell guest selfies or event media.
We may share limited data with service providers that help us host, store, process, secure, analyze, email, support, or charge for the service. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect rights and safety, or during a business transfer.
Retention and choices
Event media, selfies, and face-search metadata are retained based on the event's plan, expiry date, customer instructions, deletion requests, and operational/legal needs. Account, invoice, and support records may be kept longer where required for tax, audit, fraud prevention, or dispute handling.
You can request access, correction, deletion, export, or help with a privacy question by emailing [email protected].
Children and event guests
Events may include minors. The customer operating the gallery is responsible for obtaining permissions required for event photography, guest access, and uploads. If you are a parent or guardian and need help with a child's media in a Lensmora gallery, contact us with the event link and details.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as Lensmora grows or legal requirements change. Material updates will be reflected on this page, and we may notify account holders when changes are significant.
